Our online platform provides personalised support for individuals navigating the job market, with 24/7 access for everyone, including those with health issues or low confidence, to resources that help overcome barriers to sustainable employment.
The 220 Soft Work Skills Initiative (WSI) provides essential knowledge and skills for long-term employment. This is supported by a unique administration system that guarantees measurable progress and value for money by giving work coaches clear insights into client progress, identifying growth areas and tailoring bespoke support - making referrals more effective.
The WSI enhances Connect to Work by equipping individuals with the practical knowledge and confidence necessary to fully leverage personalised employment support. This value for money, flexible online support can boost your referrals and provide an excellent return on investment.
While Connect to Work offers one-on-one guidance, the WSI delivers accessible, self-paced resources on many areas such as CV writing, interview preparation, Universal Credit and navigating job search platforms.

The Community Support collection assists with job hunting and the government's Find a Job process. A step-by-step guide is available for those seeking information on claiming Universal Credit. New arrivals to the UK can refer to "Life in the UK" for guidance on adapting to British life.

The Employment Support Collection has all the features of Community Support plus it allows for remote or face-to-face support and can assess users knowledge of work skills and allowing them to keep returning to improve.

The Exam offers the opportunity pre- and post-learning assessments to monitor progress and development. It can be used before and after using a collection or within a face-to-face programme to monitor distance travelled (Assess-Learn-Assess).

Our comprehensive guides are designed with user-freindly navigation for all users which tracks their progress throughout the learning experience. This menus display the time spent on each section and also the pages viewed. Colour changes indicate which sections have been completed, providing an intuitive way to track progress. People using the assessed version can also view their marks, offering valuable feedback on their performance.
In addition, to further enhance the user experience, we provide the option for users to print their own certificates. This allows individuals to celebrate their achievements and maintain a tangible record of their progress.

Community Support uses a User Tracking Information System (UTIS), while Employment Support employs the WorkSkills Assessment Program (WASP). Both systems offer comprehensive tracking for administrators, but UTIS does not include assessment or exam results.
Administrators can view user registrations for the guides, along with a summary of overall usage. Detailed progress summaries (time and distance) are available, with WASP also providing assessment and exam results. Printable reports for group and individual progress are accessible.
